  • The current week will be marked for easy reference.

Creating Entries

Tapping on any week will expand a journal entry for those 7 days. It'll include a:

  • Summary – A few keywords that encapsulate what happened that week. It allows you to quickly, at a glance, see your week from your journal dashboard.

  • Journal Entry – write about whatever occurred in the week and any takeaways. Some rich-text editing is supported through shortkeys like dividers and bullets.

  • Week Rating – you can choose to score your week from 1-10 based on how well you felt it went. It can help track your mood, quality of life, and feelings of progress.

Tap anywhere outside the journal entry modal to save and close it.

You’ll notice the week will change color to reflect your rating. Your summary will likewise be reflected. Separately, if you add any Milestones to your Timeline, they will also reflect as dot on the relevant week field as well.
